Gluten free peanut butter brownies

If you've got a craving for a guilt free gluten free chocolate dessert these ooey gooey fudgy peanut butter brownies will hit the spot!



1/2 cup of D’VASH sweet potato nectar, if you don’t have it you can use maple syrup

1/4 cup of peanut butter or almond butter

1/2 cup of coconut sugar

1/3 cup of coconut oil- can be substituted with olive oil

2 large eggs

3/4 cup of almond flour

1/2 cup of cacao powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease an 8x8 pan or line with parchment


Combine liquid ingredients, mixing with a spatula until incorporated, add in dry ingredients, stir until combined.

Pour into baking pan and Bake about 15-20 minutes until they spring back up, if you overbake they’ll loose their fudginess
