Peanut Butter Cacao Blender Bomb Cookies

Yields 20 cookies



These cookies are free of gluten, refined sugar, but not free of flavor.


Ingredients:

2 Peanut Butter & Cacao Blender Bombs

1/2 Cup Coconut sugar

1 Cup Peanut butter

1 tsp Baking soda

3/4 cup Almond milk

1 Cup Coconut Flour

1/4 cup mini allergen free chocolate chips


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.


Mix together ingredients starting with the peanut butter and Blender Bombs and then add the rest of the ingredients, chocolate chips last.


Roll cookies into small balls and place on cookie sheet lined in parchment paper


Flatten each cookie with a fork making a crisscross pattern


Bake for about 10 minutes, let cool completely before devouring
