For real, you’ll want to eat it on everything! The earthy tones from the roasted sesame seeds to the acidity from the ACV and lemon juice will leave you wanting more!
Ingredients:
Tahini-2 tablespoons
Greek plain yogurt-1/4 cup
olive oil-drizzle
salt and pepper- to taste
lemon- squeeze 1/4 piece
1 garlic clove-chopped
ACV- apple cider vinegar, I use the kind with the ”mother”- 2 Tablespoons
Combine yogurt and tahini, add in ACV and lemon juice, add in garlic, salt and pepper and drizzle the olive oil, mix until incorporated
Serve with whatever you wish, I like it with sweet potato fries, carrot fries, any kind of baked root veggie would be delicious, naan bread... possibilities are endless!
