Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl

This trendy vegan treat is all the rage these days on instagram, the vibrant colors and bold flavors are easy on the eyes and the stomach.

In a high powered blender combine:

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup pitaya or pink dragonfruit

1/2 cup of frozen mango

1/2 cup of dairy free milk, I use JOI- just one ingredient almond milk, linked below



BLEND BLEND BLEND low and slow until smooth.
