Fudgy Vegan Brownies

Updated: Jul 11, 2020

A good brownie that's fudgy is a decadent dessert, a guilt free vegan fudgy brownie is the ULTIMATE decadent dessert. These easy blender brownies save you on dishes, time and the guiltiness.

For the brownies you'll need:

8x8 square pan

High powered blender- I have a Vitamix E310 Explorian

2 ripe bananas

1 1/2 cups of dairy free milk, I used almond milk

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips- preference to Enjoy Life or HU Gems

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups rolled oats/old fashioned

Pinch of maldon sea salt

3 T melted coconut oil

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8″ square nonstick baking dish with coconut oil then line it with parchment paper.

In a high powered blender, place your oats in and blend for 2 minutes until powdery and flour like.

Add in the rest of your ingredients except for your chocolate chips

Blend until smooth

Add chocolate chips into your batter and pour into your baking pan, sprinkle some extra on top for extra chocolatiness.

Bake around 24-29 minutes, you can pull out early for fudgier brownies.

Remember they can be under baked as there are no eggs in them!
