Quick & Easy Granola Bars

Perfect for on the go, these 30 minute granola bars are dangerously delicious!

Ingredients you'll need:

Almonds-can be substituted with peanuts, cashews, walnuts ect.

Peanut butter- can be substituted with almond, cashew, sunflower butter ect.

Sea Salt

Cinnamon

Raw Honey

Chia Seed- can be substituted with pumpkin, sunflower, flaxseed ect.

Oats-I prefer Old fashioned oats, as they hold shape better

Chocolate Chips- you can use any kind of chip in these, peanut butter, espresso, white chocolate, mini, chunks, I prefer mini chips if available

Other variations can include, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, Blender Bombs, spices (pumpkin spice, cacao, instant coffee, ect.) There are a million ways you could make these!

You'll need an 8x8 pan, or a sheet pan and parchment paper

In a food processor pulse one cup of almonds until small chunks

Add in 2 Cups of oats, a pinch of salt, 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon, 1/2 cup of raw honey, 1 cup of peanut butter, 2/3 cup chocolate chips, 1/8 cup chia seeds, and any additional ingredients you prefer and pulse until ingredients are fully incorporated

Line your pan with parchment paper

Place the granola dough in the pan, using your hands flatten down the "dough" until its level and the pan bottom is completely covered

* You can make these as thick as you want

PLACE IN FREEZER FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET

If you prefer a little sweetness on top of your granola bars you can drizzle these with chocolate as well

Cut into 3" bars, you should get approximately 12 bars

Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!

To those that don't know what BLENDER BOMBS are- They're a great addition to these bars, these nutrient dense bombs provide extra fiber, potassium, iron, calcium and protein.

*They are available at blenderbombs.com

World market, and the Hustle Smoothie bars in The Charleston SC area.
